Every autumn, demand for our team building events peaks — and every year, some companies miss out because they waited too long to book. Here's what you need to know.
Why autumn? The weather in September and October in Bavaria is often perfect for outdoor activities: cooler temperatures, spectacular foliage, and stable conditions for hiking and challenge courses. It's also post-summer, when teams are back from holidays and ready to reconnect.
What fills up first: Our most popular format — the Full-Day Team Challenge — is typically booked out from mid-June for all September and October slots. The Leadership Hike often follows closely. If you're planning a company retreat or kick-off event for Q4, we recommend reaching out by the end of June at the latest.
What to bring to the planning conversation: When you contact us, it helps to have a rough idea of: team size, preferred dates (and backup dates), any fitness or mobility considerations, and whether you want the event to focus on fun, leadership, or specific team goals.
