Our story
Acme Outdoor was founded in 2014 by Markus and Clara Eder, two certified mountain guides who fell in love on a three-day hike and decided to share that feeling with the world. What started as weekend hikes for friends quickly grew into a full-service outdoor experience company based in Munich.
Today, we work with over 3,000 participants each year — from solo adventurers and corporate teams to school groups and retirees. Our team of 18 certified guides operates across Bavaria, the Austrian Alps, and the Dolomites.
We believe that nature is for everyone, and that the right guide can make any outdoor experience feel safe, joyful, and transformative.
